Breakfast Smoothie

My breakfast today was very green, which I don’t mind of course.

The ingredients you will need are:

1 big hand full of Spinach

1 frozen Banana

I had a 100% Mango and Orange Juice in my fridge so I used it instead of putting in more fruit, but you can use as many fruits as you want.

Just blend everything, and on top I sprinkled Chia and Flax seeds.

It’s very simple I know but I love it.

Ohh and I also had my Matcha tea (on the right in the first picture)
